Through talk therapy clients will be able to better manage stress and symptoms of anxiety and depression. Talk therapy can also help clients to improve self-esteem, communication skills, and interpersonal relationships.

Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR) is a modality that helps you to heal from trauma. It is different from talk therapy due to the client experiencing bilateral stimulation (typically eye movement) while processing traumatic memories.

This group is for children of South Asian immigrants ages 18+ who share similar stories and complex relationships with their families. Discussions will be based around traumas and breaking generational patterns.
